NOLA Distilling - Small Batch Craft Spirits

Kirk Coco, Founder and CEO of NOLA Distilling Company

Kirk Coco is the founder and CEO of NOLA Distilling Company. After founding NOLA Brewing Company in 2008 and bringing craft beer back to New Orleans, he decided to begin work on distilling as well.  In April of 2015 Kirk decided to start NOLA Distilling Company which began producing its first product in October of 2016, NOLA Vodka – a vodka made entirely from Louisiana grown sweet potatoes.

Kirk is a New Orleans native who served 11 years in the United States Navy and has enjoyed making craft beer and craft spirits for the people of his home town. Get to know Kirk a little bit better by coming on one of our distillery tours Thursday and Friday at 3:00 pm.
